A Little “About Me”
Hi, I’m Chris. I'm originally from the land of big hair and bigger attitudes, AKA New Jersey. When I'm not perfecting my "gym bro" look by lifting or flying my drone, you can find me running and trying to keep up with the latest tech trends, like a true millennial. Oh, did I mention I'm also fluent in Spanish? Yeah, I can charm you in Español.
Now, brace yourself for this showbiz twist: Not only am I a photographer, but I'm also in the business of pretending to be other people—yep, an actor. This dual-role situation gives me a real edge; I can relate to my subjects on a whole new level. I’ve been on a few TV shows and numerous national commercials. You can catch me co-starring in the final season of "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" on Prime Video or being indecisive at the drive-thru in a McDonald’s spot that is currently airing. Insert shameless plug here.
As for my creative influences, I'm into all things dark and mysterious, just like my soul—kidding, but not really. I draw inspiration from film noir, cinematic expressionism, and all things that make your brain feel like it's on a rollercoaster. And don’t even get me started on the heavy hitters—I mean, I practically worship Christian Bale, Daniel Day-Lewis, and Leo DiCaprio. And let's not forget the maestros behind the camera—Christopher Nolan and James Cameron—who shape my film and photography visions. If you haven't watched "Interstellar" or "Avatar," are you even living?
At the end of the day, though, when the hustle and bustle settles down, I find solace behind the lens. There’s just something magical about freezing a moment in time, capturing emotions, and telling a story through photography. It’s not just a job for me; it’s a passion that I get to live every single day. So, yes, at the end of the day, I take pictures, and I absolutely love every click of it.
